How severity works

• Critical — CVSS 9.0+, or listed in the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog.
• High — CVSS 7.0–8.9, remote code execution, privilege escalation or auth bypass.
• Medium — CVSS 4.0–6.9 and routine patch advisories.
• Low — informational and general security news.
